We have been engaged as the master agent for an off-plan, permitted development listed character conversion in Burton Upon Trent. This project offers 40 unique units, blending modern living with historical charm.
Our role involves selling these units both onshore and offshore to buy-to-let investors, showcasing our versatility in managing diverse selling strategies.
